My Approach

After more than a decade of coaching, I’ve learned that real transformation isn’t just about training. It’s about everything behind it.
Your mindset.
The way you speak to yourself.
Your identity.
And the relationship you have with your body.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of women in building strength, confidence, and trust in themselves again. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Women who came to me feeling disconnected from their bodies, stuck in cycles of pressure or self-doubt, and unsure where to start.
I believe lasting change happens when you feel safe in your body, connected to yourself, and supported rather than pushed. When training becomes a space to regulate your nervous system, rebuild self-belief, and move with intention. Not something driven by punishment, pressure, or extremes.
I guide you personally and meet you exactly where you are. I support your growth with structure, belief, and care, so your transformation doesn’t feel forced or temporary, but steady, grounded, and sustainable.
This work is as much internal as it is physical.

The Better Body Program

The Better Body Program is a structured coaching program built around real women and real lives.
It runs to a timetable because consistency matters, but within that structure there’s flexibility, understanding and support.
You’re not walking into a class where no one knows you.
You’re stepping into a community of women who motivate, support and inspire each other.
It’s more affordable than 1:1 coaching, but it carries the same care, energy and intention.
Every session is thought through. Nothing is random.
This isn’t a bootcamp or a cheesy fitness class.
It’s tailored coaching that understands how busy life can be, and makes consistency feel possible for women of all ages and abilities
There isn’t another program like this in Leicester.
It’s been built by a woman for women , built over years of coaching, listening and refining what women actually need.
Sessions run six days a week with coached options available in the morning and evening.
Life happens. If you miss a session, there’s another coached one ready and waiting.
